Nearer my God to Thee
 

Our world is slipping more and more deeply into the abyss. Ethics and morals have become foreign concepts in a society in which everyone thinks only of himself and his ownadvantage. The governments can find no way out of the many crisis they face. The churches have no answers to the questions of the people and preach a moral which they themselves do not fulfil.

People lead wars against people; people kill people. And yet, mankind also leads a war against our planet; it exploits the Earth, destroys nature and kills animals. The point of no return has been reached; the Earth can no longer bear what is being done to it. The results are ever more frequent and ever more intense natural disasters.

During this time ever more people ask themselves the question: Where is God? Does He exist at all? Why does God, the almighty Spirit, allow all this? God does exist; but we human beings have turned away from God by becoming imitators and by helping to maintain the lack of ethics and morals which society and the churches give us in their capacity of role models.
The eternal Spirit whom we call God in the western world, is Order. God is Will, Wisdom, Earnestness, Patience, Love and Mercy. When we draw closer to these divine basic powers, then we feel the guidance of God. If we turn away from them, then we think that God, the Eternal, does not exist, because He does not help us as we would like.

But the proof that God, the life, the eternal existence, exists, lies in every single person alone.
No human being can lead another person to God, our Father, except the Christ of God. And Christ, the redeeming Spirit, does it by having sent to the world a guide – Gabriele, the prophetess and spiritual ambassador of God, who, from the divine world, conveys to us the Inner Path, the path to the heart of God.

The Inner Path is a path to be followed in our daily life. We can apply the tasks and exercises of the Inner Path in every situation, in every conversation, in our work, in the family, with friends and relatives.

What will change in us through the Inner Path? – Our character becomes finer. We understand much more, because we are clearer in our thinking and in our behavior. We learn to listen and to hear from the conversation what can help us whether we are at work, in conversation, in every situation.

The Inner Path leads us into the All-unity, not only with human beings, but also with nature and the animal world. We recognize that we are only guests on the Earth and that our true homeland is the Kingdom of God, the inner kingdom, to which the Inner Path leads us.
The Inner Path is a practical path for every person. It is an offer to all who are ready to draw closer to God, the eternal power of the love for God and for neighbor; it is an offer to all who are ready to try out whether God, the unending, eternal light, truly exists. And, we do not seek Him in church institutions. We experience Him in us and through us.
